We assist you at every step, for all the formalities and administrative procedures to be completed before finalizing your purchase. We organize your stay and your welcome on site. List of services: - presentation of the region - information and administrative support, banking, notarial, taxation, residence, health, insurance... - personalized search (we have access to more than 1,000 properties) - obtaining the NIE: resident number foreigner (mandatory) - opening a Spanish bank account - loan study (if necessary) - bilingual private undersigned reservation (sale agreement) - file preparation before notarial deed - accompaniment with interpreter at the notary.

Do you want to sell your property? After signing a sales authorization, exclusively or not, we come to take photos for immediate posting on several advertising media specifically in France, Belgium, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain... but also on international sites which allow us to be present all over the world.
We check the list of mandatory and necessary documents for a good finalization of the sale at the notary (see our administrative services).
You will need to provide us with:
- a valid identity document (ID card or passport)
- the nota simple or your original notarized purchase contract
- the energy certificate less than 10 years old
-  the certificate of habitability of 1st or 2nd occupation of less than 10 years (CEDULA)
- latest electricity and water bills
- last call from SUMA for property tax (IBI)

- last call for co-ownership charges (if the property is in a residence or building)
- resident card (if this is your case).

We offer a rental service adapted to your request, whether seasonal, monthly or year-round. After signing a rental contract in French. We manage requests directly, inform future tenants of the conditions, send the contract and upon signing it, request payment of the deposit of 30% of the rental amount. We ensure the reception with visit accompanied by the rented good. At the exit, we come to check the inventory and retain the amount of any cleaning on the deposit.

Administrative, banking and notarial support: Before, during but also after your purchase, we support you with an interpreter for visits, all the procedures and formalities necessary for the perfect follow-up and completion of your project, in the various administrations, at the bank and at the notary. We also provide other services to provide you with the maximum assistance in your installation and in your new life.
